Weathering the Storm

Winter in New England can be tough! Navigating winter driving, coordinating (virtual?) get-togethers with family and friends...did we mention those below-freezing temps?! Add in the on-going pandemic and we're looking at a pretty wild winter ahead.

This month, we're diving into ways to make this winter special, while staying safe and healthy!

To begin, here's a mini New England Winter Survival Guide full of cute things on the internet that can help make this season a little cozier!

  1. Relaxing music videos! These videos are multiple hours long, and feature a calming, beautiful animated scene, accompanied by chill music and nature sounds. You can set it up as a background to give you those cozy vibes while you get work done. We love this rainy night coffeeshop video and this beautiful library study track with crackling fire!

  2. Quarantine cooking! Tasty put together this scrumptious list that will make use of the odds and ends in your pantry, plus ingredients that can last, helping you go longer between grocery visits--isn’t that what we're all going for these days?

  3. Cozy sweaters! The key to winter comfort is a good sweater. Check out these "best-of" lists for women and men!
